Seven separations

Do not compress monitoring, regression, reopening, and responsibility into one status badge.

Each statement below has a different evidentiary meaning. The public lab preserves the separation even when a workflow would prefer one convenient “closed” label.

A monitoring schedule records intent and cadence. Only an execution record establishes that monitoring occurred.
